Overview We are seeking a versatile and team-oriented Architect in the Architectural Group at our Endwell, NY office. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with 10 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s Degree in Architecture with 15 years of relevant experience. Experience with Revit is mandatory. A Registered Architect (RA) license is required. The primary duties for this position include: Responsibilities Assisting the Project Architect with client/project coordination and project management. Coordinating construction document preparation with supervision by the Project Manager, including analyzing building/zoning codes, outlining document contents with half-size sets and specification outline, reviewing design intent and material coordination, coordinating with consultants, coordinating with building inspectors, responding to bid inquiries, and preparing contract document agenda. Providing assistance in construction administration under the supervision of the Project Manager, including reporting on progress meetings, maintaining project status manuals, preparing project correspondence, conducting on-site observations, preparing observation reports, handling proposal requests, change orders or revisions to scope, and reviewing submittals. Assisting with project close-out efforts including punch lists. Meeting with governmental agencies or officials for approvals and permits. What we offer Hiring Salary Range: $82,000-$100,000 (salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, along with internal equity and market data).
