We are a nationally recognized architecture firm headquartered in Fairlawn, OH, specializing in Multifamily projects including Hospitality, Senior Housing, and Retail. We develop our own projects—no client marketing required. Our sister companies in construction and property management, all under a parent development company, create a collaborative environment where design, development, and construction work hand-in-hand. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of drawings, models, and design presentations using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Support project teams in planning, programming, and conceptual design tasks. Contribute to the development and coordination of construction documents, specifications, and technical details. Conduct basic code research and assist with permit documentation under guidance. Participate in project coordination with internal team members and external consultants. Help respond to RFIs, shop drawings, and field-related issues as directed. Attend site visits with senior staff and assist with field reports and punch lists. Assist with managing project schedules, documentation, and quality control efforts. Qualifications Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch). 0–3 years of professional architectural experience; internships or co‑ops are a plus. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required. Working knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud, and related visualization tools. Strong organizational abilities with a willingness to learn workflows and project management skills. Detail-oriented mindset with an interest in constructability and technical designs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated design ability and interest in developing technical detailing skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and follow direction from senior staff.
