We are seeking an experienced architect to join their team in Miami, offering the opportunity to work on exciting, high-end projects.Requirements:The ideal candidate will bring:Advanced Revit expertise and ideally proficiency in other architectural software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Navisworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.Working across US and Caribbean markets, you will need to demonstrate a proven ability to produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation (CD architecture), permitting and CA.In-depth knowledge of U.S. building codes, including local and international standards applicable to large-scale developments.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with engineers, and overseeing quality assurance with consultants to ensure smooth project execution.Strong capabilities in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and 3D design.A robust portfolio showcasing experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.The ability to lead BIM initiatives, establish standards, and drive digital design practices would be advantageous.Experience working for leading architecture firms, who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Graduate from US NAAB or Canadian Accredited education program.
