Role Description This is a full-time, Architect position based in Wyckoff, NJ. The Architect will be responsible for the design and development of high-end custom residences, including architectural planning, detailing, and ensuring design cohesion throughout all project phases. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural designs, collaborating with clients and consultants, managing project timelines, and overseeing integration processes. You will play a key role in maintaining the firm’s commitment to crafting bespoke and elegant residential designs. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience Proficiency in SketchUp and/or AutoCAD Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing Knowledge of building codes and zoning requirements Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to oversee timelines, track progress, and deliver exceptional results on complex custom residential projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, builders, and consultants. Passion for delivering bespoke, high-end residential designs with attention to detail and quality Additional Preferred Skills Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or rendering software Familiarity with New Jersey permitting processes Rendering capabilities A professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred but not required Experience in high-end residential architecture, including custom home design and detailing, is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
