At Ashton Pools By Design , you'll work directly with homeowners to design luxury outdoor living spaces while following your projects from concept through construction. This isn't just another drafting position. You’ll meet clients, visit jobsites, collaborate with our construction team, create construction drawings, and watch your designs become reality. What You’ll Do As our Lead Design & Preconstruction Specialist , you'll become a key member of our leadership team and help guide projects from the initial client meeting through construction. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners during Discovery and Design Meetings Visit project sites to evaluate existing conditions Create custom 3D backyard designs that are buildable Prepare detailed construction drawings Complete material takeoffs for estimator Coordinate engineering and permitting information Lead preconstruction meetings with homeowners Support our construction team during active construction Answer client questions throughout the project Ensure projects transition smoothly from design into production Qualifications We're looking for someone with experience in: Architectural Design Residential Design Custom Home Design Design-Build Construction Construction Project Management Construction AdministrationCAD & Construction Documents Site Planning Client Meetings Project Coordination Pool experience is NOT required. If you've designed luxury homes, renovations, commercial buildings, or other custom construction projects, we'll teach you the pool industry.
