Architectural Designer / Job Captain / Senior Draftsman What you’ll do Produce detailed construction documents in Revit (required) Support design development, detailing, and coordination Prepare drawings, graphics, and presentation materials Coordinate with internal team members and consultants Contribute to clear written and verbal communication with the team and project partners Required M.Arch 3–7 years professional office experience Strong Revit proficiency (required) Strong drafting, design, and detailing skills Strong written/verbal communication + organized admin habits Single-family residential experience (required) Positive, helpful, “can do” attitude Preferred Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam Sustainable design experience AI tools, code knowledge, and construction knowledge Some commercial experience Location & schedule Boulder, CO Must live within 30 minutes of Boulder 40 hours/week 5 days/week in‑office (required) Start immediately Compensation & benefits $55,000–$80,000/year (commensurate with experience) 1.5x overtime + extensive benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
