Architectural Project Leader (Revit / Job Captain) Riverside, CA | Onsite Lead Production on High-Impact Public Projects If you enjoy owning construction documents, driving Revit production, and mentoring teams , this is a chance to step into a true Project Leader role supporting large-scale education and public-sector projects . You'll be the technical backbone of the project team -translating design into buildable documentation and ensuring everything is coordinated, accurate, and ready for construction. What You'll Be Doing Lead Revit/BIM production across all phases (SD CA) Develop and coordinate construction document (CD) sets Work closely with project managers, architects, and consultants Coordinate with MEP/structural teams to resolve conflicts Review drawings and provide redlines + QA/QC support Mentor junior designers and guide production workflows Help keep projects on schedule and aligned with scope What You Bring Strong Revit experience (BIM workflows + model coordination) Experience producing construction documents (CD phase) Background in architecture across multiple project phases Ability to coordinate with consultants and internal teams Solid understanding of building codes and detailing Nice to Have Experience with education (K-12) or public-sector projects Exposure to DSA or agency approval processes Pursuing architectural licensure Why This Role Work on high-impact public projects that directly impact communities Clear path to Project Manager Strong backlog = stable workload + growth Collaborative office with hands-on mentorship Opportunity to deepen expertise in Revit + technical leadership Best fit for: Job Captains Project Architects (production-focused) Advanced Architectural Designers Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Riverside, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr. the standard corporate benefits package includes: Health & Wellness * 100% Paid Premiums: The firm pays 100% of the monthly insurance premiums for employee Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. * Life Insurance: Provided at no cost to all employees.
