ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER(B.S ARCHITECTURE)SALARY 70-90K

RETAIL/RESTAURANT ARCHITECTURAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Growing architecture firm needs someone to be responsible for all phases of design and construction of projects supervising team members reviewing and assigning work. Will handle multiple projects reviewing and developing construction plans, overseeing work of drafters and assistant project managers, analyze and estimate project costs for labor, equipment, and materials, monitor the construction phases, interact with clients, vendors, and landlords. Will prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, interpret construction data, engineering calculations and drawings, and should be proficient in Autocad, 3D design, Revit, Photoshop or Illustrator. Some travel is expected. Position will require 4-8 years experience in retail/restaurant architecture in a Project Management role. Please email resumes to
