Architectural Technician Apply
We are currently hiring an Architectural Technician in our Architectural division at our Buffalo office.
The Architectural Division at LaBella provides comprehensive planning and design within dedicated studios with projects ranging from targeted renovations and facility maintenance to projects that define communities. We believe architecture is more than creating, maintaining, and resurrecting the buildings in which we live, work, learn, and engage – it’s about beautifying and bettering the communities we call home.
The overall expectations of this position are to produce construction drawings and understand basic construction practices for implementation during construction administration. Additionally, this position will be expected to produce presentation graphics, conceptual 3d models, and be capable of drafting redlines and creating outline floor plans in an efficient manner. Basic construction administration will be performed. It must be understood that assignments and hence supervision will differ from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 year of experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant.
- Minimum associates degree (Bachelor’s degree in Architecture desirable).
- Proficient in Revit.
- Must have good planning skills.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
