We are looking for a very senior BA onshore (remote), that can be in any region. The ideal BA skillset includes the below.


Has deep experience on Aladdin implementations working as a Senior BA in OMS implementations.
Has strong business analysis skills (requirements gathering, good writing/communication skills to create clear BRD/FRD documentation, has stakeholder management skills)
Knows Aladdin data and the construct of their APIs and ADC and has strong SQL / Python skills.
Solid experience with performing data mapping, analysis, and integration work.
Possess good Investment Management knowledge and experience (asset classes, trading lifecycle, market data)
Ability to work independently and ask the right questions on how an existing downstream system should be retrieving data outbound from Aladdin and the interfaces we are building.
Should be comfortable questioning the rational and use case for the need being requested by the downstream system and if it makes sense in a future Aladdin state and the known architecture.
Excellent communication skills and ability to run calls with system owners and understand requirements said and what may be inferred understanding dependencies as well.
Excellent organizational skills and does not need to be told every step they need to take yet follows process and instructions the team has established.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to understand the architecture and the strategy and keep that in mind as they perform their analysis.
Excellent time management with ability to hold himself or herself accountable to timelines and required velocity.
Be able to self-resolve roadblocks without much guidance from FT teams we realize they will need some guidance and introductions to the system and business owners or end users.
Be a quick learner, able to pick up an understanding of the existing FT systems, enough to understand the use case, business purpose and use that in their analysis to make the right decisions.
Should have a good understanding of common data challenges and pitfalls in Aladdin implementations and is able to come up with workaround solutions/suggestions, working together with the rest of the team.
The candidate will be working closely in a team but must have the skills to hold their own.
Should get to know the architecture, data and the processes being implemented enough to point out risks and future possible challenges.
Should be able to perform the due diligence to resolve blockers himself before escalating to the team leads for resolution.
Have good gut instincts to understand when it s the right time to ask questions or escalate for help keeping the right balance of being self-sufficient with asking for help when to ensure minimal delays.
