Job Description: Job Description:
As an Engineering Program Specialist, your top priority will be partnering with Technical Program Managers to deliver hardware to cross-functional team(s) on time to support product development. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to details as you will be working with large cross-functional teams both internally and externally. Managing and keeping track of information are extremely critical to the success of this role.

Core Responsibilities
- Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
- Support budget management and forecasting
- Manage procurement and keep track of Purchase Orders
- Partner with Logistics team to ensure fast shipping
- Manage multiple programs concurrently

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Partner with Technical Program Managers (TPM) and Engineering to support Wearables program(s) execution and delivery.
Coordinate hardware distribution efforts including logistics activities, inventory management, and allocation collections.
Support budget tracking and forecasting, including requesting purchase orders, ensuring timely invoice submission, and partnering with cross functional teams to drive forecast accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics
- Experience in hardware development, worked with vendors domestically and internationally
- Experience managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, coordinating across different teams, vendors and time zones

Top 3 Must-Have Skills
1. Hardware Experience (Ex-Apple similar role is very relevant experience)
2. Experience in procurement - issuing and managing POs.
3. Experience working with Bill of Materials (BOMs) and/or FATP Build Matrices.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Logistics role - previous working experience with vendors in Asia.
Budget management.
Experience working with Bill of Materials (BOMs) and/or FATP Build Matrices

Red Flags
Not seeking heavy software experience as candidates may not understand hardware right away. Not seeking people leaning heavily into coding.
PLM Analysts are not a fit for this role - too heavily focused on BOM
