Architecture Manager

Overview We are a leading architecture firm in Los Angeles and we are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As the Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national with experience in architecture to work in the dynamic city of Los Angeles. Responsibilities Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals. Leading and managing a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time. Reviewing and approving project plans, designs, and specifications. Conducting site visits and providing guidance to ensure construction is in compliance with plans. Identifying potential risks and finding solutions to mitigate them. Ensuring all projects comply with building codes and regulations. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as an Architectural Manager or a similar position. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is preferred. Indian national (preferred). Compensation & Benefits This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1,600 per month.
