We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Area Manager to join our team and support our expansion efforts across various locations.
The Area Manager is a critical leadership position responsible for managing a specific geographic area, overseeing service operations and ensuring that both residential and commercial pools are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, chemical balance, and equipment functionality.
Job Duties
- Drive departmental goals by leading the team towards achieving objectives aligned with overall organizational business needs.
- Operate a company motor vehicle safely and maintain a valid driver’s license for your state while traveling with Service Managers and technicians, assisting with service as necessary.
- Analyze management reports and performance data to assess productivity and identify areas for improvement.
- Assess staffing needs, make hiring decisions, and promote potential Pool Service Technicians and Supervisors.
- Address escalated customer service issues with professionalism and diplomacy, both in person and digitally.
- Conduct training for Technicians on various technologies, including Pool Tech and Mobile Tech.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings to discuss procedures, celebrate successes, and identify improvement areas.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, including pool assessments and quoting new equipment.
- Engage with existing customers to resolve service-related or equipment-related issues.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in pool service or a similar route/service-based industry is a plus but not required.
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license issued by a state agency.
- No felony or 1st class misdemeanor convictions related to crimes against persons, property, theft, fraud, or drug trafficking/manufacture.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is advantageous.
