Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the roleAccording to the strategic plan of the company, team up with head of region to enhance for the brand awareness in targeted marketWork with the local sales partner to reach the sales target and maximise the sales performanceWork with the local sales partner to meet leasing companies, fleet owners, new customers etc. and represent the company and our productsDaily sales managementGuide and coordinate with the local sales network to ensure compliance with the operation standard from our brand.Prepare the plan following standards in agreement with brand and sales and ensure the adherence to the approved planManaging training and onboarding strategies for new network sales partners according to company guidanceThis position will be based in Belgium but with the possibility to travel to Amsterdam at least two days per 2 weeksExperience & Educational Background & ExpertiseHave a strong background in automotive industryBeing a sales-oriented person with understanding of multiple customer group perceptionsMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in OEM/dealer group for sales and fleet sales managementStrong negotiation and communication skillSkilled in using basic computer applications (MS Office, especially for Excel)Have a proficient level of Dutch and EnglishMust be able to work independently, self-starter
