We’re hiring an Asphalt Project Manager / Estimator to manage paving and asphalt maintenance projects from estimating through completion. This role blends pre-construction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Manage asphalt paving, resurfacing, and maintenance projects from bid award through closeout
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for paving and asphalt scopes
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and jobsite progress
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage scope, timelines, and expectations

Requirements

• Experience in asphalt paving, road construction, or related project management
• Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Knowledge of paving operations, materials, and scheduling
• Professional, client-facing communication skills
