Medical Device Assembler to Full-Time (Evening Shift)

Pay: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Mon thorugh Thurs: 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
Fridays: 8-hour shift, 2 Fridays per month (advance notice provided for any changes)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detailed oriented Medical Device Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this position, you will perform tasks related to the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices while ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of duties related to the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
Conduct quality inspections according to established specifications and SOPs.
Follow clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and quality guidelines.
Rotate into various tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
1 to 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills; able to understand and follow directions.
Ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Familiarity with basic measuring tools such as microscopes.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work extended or flexible hours when required.
Background Checks required.

Physical Requirements
Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
Occasionally required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
