We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Utility Workers to support our manufacturing operations in Jackson Center, Ohio. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, efficient packaging, and cleanliness of the production area. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a flexible schedule, with shifts avaialble 7 days a week. Employees in this role will choose the days they are avaialble to work and will be scheduled based on needs for the day. Fri 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
3:30 pm to 11:30 pm
11:30 pm to 3:30 am



Key Responsibilities:
Visually inspect constructed boxes, bottles, and supplies to ensure quality and accuracy
Hand-pack bottles into containers and insert dividers into boxes
Fold and set up corrugated trays for packaging
Load materials into box-making machines
Remove finished products from conveyor belts, stack them properly, and band units
Palletize and stretch wrap bottles for shipping
Grind defective bottles in designated grinding areas
Check finished units for proper stacking and identify any mixed or damaged cases
Maintain housekeeping standards, including sweeping, cleaning, trash removal, and bailing
Follow all safety policies and procedures, including BOS, SAP standards, and GMP requirements
Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, and Group Leaders
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Skills & Abilities:

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
Ability to stand for the entire duration of an 8- or 12-hour shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Effective verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
