Monday - Thursday 10 hour shifts.Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment.Fits, aligns, calibrates, and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements; repairs units or products that have failed to meet requirements.Responsibilities:Assembly of components including plastic parts, ball screws, gears, and motors, including final assemblyRead and comprehend instructions and follow established proceduresCollect all material and equipment needed to begin the processAlign material and put together parts to build more complex unitsCheck output to ensure highest qualityMaintain equipment in good condition Report on issues, malfunction or defective partsMaintain a safe work environment by following all company protocols, regulations and proceduresFollow technical instructions, interpret blueprints and drawingsUse of hand tools and small electric screw drivers in the assembling process.Test finished products for defects.Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PMSkills:See belowEducation:High SchoolExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:High School Diploma or GED EquivalentAt least 2 years of previous Mechanical Assembler experienceTechnical knowledge and ability to read assembly instructions and follow standard operation proceduresAbility in using tools and basic machineryGood understanding of quality control principlesGood communication skillsExcellent hand-eye coordination and physical conditionWorks well in a fast-paced team environmentIf you meet the requirements and have the skills/experience we are looking for...
