Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble various products, including blowers, vacuum pumps, compressors, air knives, motors, and systems.
- Follow assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of products.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting on assembled products to identify and resolve any issues.
- Package finished products appropriately for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Desired Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in assembly or a related field.
- Experience with blowers, vacuum pumps, compressors, or air moving equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
