Job Title: General Assembler
Location: 141 Zehner School Road, Zelienople, PA 16063
The Assembler 1, General role supports the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices in a manufacturing environment. Candidates will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), perform quality inspections, and assist with equipment setup and basic troubleshooting. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Basic hand tool knowledge is preferred.
Key Responsibilities-
Assemble, manufacture, test, and package medical devices

Operate and assist in maintaining production equipment

Perform quality inspections following specifications and guidelines

Work according to SOPs and quality standards

Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes

Rotate between different tasks as required

Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors

High School Diploma or GED preferred

0 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience (training provided)

Basic hand tool knowledge preferred

Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions

Basic math and measurement skills

Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Reliable attendance and flexibility for extended hours if needed

Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
