We are looking to hire Assemblers / General Laborers for a production facility in Delano, PA. Will ensure the efficient running of production. Seeking reliable candidates, able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.

Pay Rate / Schedule

• Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed
• 6:00am to 2:00pm
• Overtime may be required, 8 to 10 hour shifts
• $16.00/hour based on experience

Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

• Operate hand tools, powered tools, saws and ability to use a tape measure
• Complete assembly of various wooden products
• Stack and move lumber and completed products
• Set up machines to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings
• Feed raw material or parts to machines
• Inspect parts with measuring tools
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws

Skills

• No experience needed! Willing to train!
• Working knowledge of diverse machinery, powered tools, and measurement tools preferred but not required
• Understanding of production procedures
• Attention to detail
