Job Title: General Assembler
Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Job Summary:
Performs mechanical assembly and sample builds for medical devices, including mixing chemicals, forming catheter tips, applying coatings/lubrication, and preparing samples for testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and build medical device components.

• Mix chemical formulations and use specialized equipment.

• Heat form catheter tips and apply coatings/lubricants.

• Inspect, photograph, and prepare samples for testing.

• Follow SOPs and quality standards.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment setup.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience.

• Experience in mechanical assembly and chemical mixing preferred.

• Basic math, English reading/writing skills.

• Ability to use measurement tools (e.g., microscope).

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Work Schedule:

• 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week (overtime possible).

• Flexible start time after training.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, sitting for long periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
