Adecco Staffing is assisting a manufacturing facility in Peabody MA in hiring for a 1st shift manufacturing associate! This role requires a minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing setting & the ability to work OT as needed.
Job Title: Assembly/ Kitting Associate
Location: Peabody MA
Schedule: Mon-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $22-$23
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer & Kitting Associate to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking materials, assembling kits, and preparing orders for production and shipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick materials and components based on work orders or pick lists
Assembly large boxes (Crates) for shipping products
Assemble (kit) parts and materials for production jobs
Pack finished goods or kits securely and accurately for shipment
Label products and ensure proper documentation is included
Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) as needed
Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to [30–50] lbs regularly
Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
