ZEV customers can be confident they are carrying the best product available whether it is in the competitive arena, the battlefield, or to their local range. We are seeking Assembly Technicians to join our team in our new location in Riverton, UT.

Position Overview

The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components and products according to company specification and quality standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and production procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • Consult the production schedule to prepare the work area and equipment.
  • Follow technical instructions and assemble components.
  • Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
  • Test finished products for defects.
  • Box and package finished products.
  • Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
  • Communicate with team members regarding priorities and deadlines.

Results

  • On time deliveries
  • Production schedule attainment
  • Assembly time/throughput
  • Defect Rate

Job Qualifications (Required)

  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to read equipment manuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, as well as independently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
  • Eagerness to learn and accept challenges.
  • Ability to relocate and/or commute daily to Riverton, UT 84096.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods of standing.

Job Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, technical training or vocational certification is a plus.
