- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components with precision and consistency
- Install hardware, rivets, and other fasteners per engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform hand and pneumatic riveting, including flush and blind rivets
- Complete basic to complex cable assemblies using crimping, stripping, and soldering techniques
- Read and interpret CAD files, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Use calipers, height gauges, and other inspection tools to verify proper fit and function
- Ensure assemblies meet cosmetic and dimensional quality standards
- Maintain accurate build records and update traveler documentation
- Work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Proven experience as an assembly technician in a precision manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with hardware installation, torque, and cable assembly best practices
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and CAD prints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Comfortable using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring equipment
- Experience with ERP systems
- Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
