Procurement & Deployment: Managing the acquisition, setup, and rollout of new assets. Tracking & Inventory: Maintaining an accurate, real-time inventory of all hardware and software. Lifecycle Management: Planning for maintenance, upgrades, and eventual disposal (retirement).
