We are currently seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join our Commercial Lines group. This position is hybrid and can work from any of our NY, NJ, or PA HUB Northeast offices. This position will assist Account Executives with the processing of daily account activity.
Specific responsibilities include:
Checking policy coverages and endorsement on all new business and renewals for accuracy and relevance
Preparing proposals, policy summaries and reviews
Processing endorsements, placement requests and invoicing
Working with the Accounting department on researching and justification of premium charges
Providing customer service to insured and/or underwriters
Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager

At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Property & Casualty Insurance Broker License preferred
The expected pay range for this position is $21.97 to $30.22 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific positions business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and commissions for some positions
