We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to help managing our Oakland Branch in Oakland. The Ideal candidate will have a successful audit record for managing the daily operations-oriented functions at a retail branch; demonstrated track record in managing teller operations and new accounts, and possess thorough knowledge of bank compliance rules and regulations.
Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Provide support and overrides to teller lines.
2. Assists in training Universal Banking Representatives in operational duties.
3. Open new accounts with customers, cross-sell and respond to inquiries about account types and services.
4. Submit new accounts for review in a timely manner and follows up on any required corrections.
5. Perform maintenance on customer accounts and follows bank procedures on record-keeping for new accounts.
6. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, referring to internal resources as necessary.
7. Coordinate with Branch Manager to meet branch goals by promoting bank products and services to customers when appropriate.
8. Assists Branch Manager in ensuring the branch maintains maximum operational efficiency and security, and compliance with all bank policy and procedures along with applicable laws and banking regulations.
9. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
10. Assists in keeping branch security system in good working order and updates staff about security procedures and policies, including maintaining the proper levels of working cash and cash reserves.
Requires a minimum of 4-5 years banking experience in banking operations in a supervisory capacity Preferred emphasis on business development of deposits and commercial lending. Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Pay: $64,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
