Overview We are excited to start a new chapter of accelerated growth as part of Froneri, a global pure‑play ice cream leader. Responsibilities Own and manage marketing projects across the organization. Deeply understand the production of our ice cream and participate in campaigns from product shoots to sampling events and commercial production. Act as the brand champion, driving profitable sales and market share growth with a strategic mindset. Lead and execute brand activities, including category sales stories, retailer partnerships, research, and commercial plan optimization with a focus on quality benchmarking. Deliver brand sales and margin targets, achieve share targets, and maintain brand health through scorecards. Oversee new product development (NPD) launch performance and consumer acceptance. Apply financial acumen related to product performance. Monitor product quality through complaint levels, ratings, reviews, repeats, and overall customer satisfaction. Own and report on brand business KPIs and stewardship. Collaborate with the Brand Director to develop and drive brand strategy. Continuously examine performance, optimize demand‑generation levers, and prioritize short‑ and long‑term initiatives. Lead the analysis of weekly brand KPIs with focus on spending and shopper insights. Drive and oversee sell‑in aspects of the brand plan with cross‑functional teams. Benchmark quality against competitors, identify opportunities, and advise on improvements. Lead new product ideation and development in line with brand strategy, ensuring projects stay on time. Ensure the brand resonates with consumers, constantly refining marketing to align with their needs. Analyze campaign performance and optimize to achieve desired outcomes. Benchmark across marketing areas, including vendors and packaging design, and implement renovations and quality improvements when needed. Partner with the Omni‑channel team to support brand activities in retail and optimize performance. Develop direct reports, fostering strong performance, capabilities, and quality standards. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager. Traditional CPG experience, including familiarity with IRI/Nielsen data. Experience with New Product Development.
