About the role - Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Business Manager at Trinity College, Beenleigh. The primary role is to support the Business Manager in the financial management of the College, by providing expertise and implementation in a wide variety of financial and administrative functions. You will oversee the financial processes of the College, manage end of month processes, family invoicing, debt collection processes and provide guidance and training to finance staff. You will also manage Workplace Health & Safety responsibilities in collaboration with the Business Manager.
About you - Experience in finance and office procedures is necessary along with high level proficiency using the Microsoft suite. The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills including initiative and self-management, as well as the ability to work with limited supervision and guidance.
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
