This leading NYC CM have a 20-year history of delivering bespoke private and public projects throughout NYC, the Hudson Valley and Long Island.They are currently looking for an Assistant Construction Manager to join their Hudson Valley business in a CM / Owner's Rep capacity, overseeing multiple concurrent capital projects across various school districts. This is a field-based project management role, involving budget and schedule management, RFI's, change orders, managing the general/prime contractors, and liaising frequently with the client.They are looking for someone with 1-3 years' experience - ideally in public school projects or other public agency projects. Given the role will involve working on multiple smaller projects, there will be an emphasis on time management, diligence and communication. A technical degree (construction, engineering or architecture) is strongly preferred.This is a great opportunity for a technical and confident Assistant Construction Manager to grow their career within an established and respected CM with a robust pipeline of work throughout the Hudson Valley.
