Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - Plumbing & Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Field Management team in project organization and documentation, ensuring accurate tracking of all project logs and folders.
  • Assist in procuring and managing all submittals, RFIs, change orders, and material orders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of plans, specifications, and contracts to identify potential issues and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with field supervisors to provide them with necessary documentation, such as daily reports and approved submittals, to facilitate smooth project operations.
  • Attend project progress meetings and contribute to effective communication and coordination with project stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience within the plumbing and/or mechanical sector is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking purposes.
