This is a newly created, succession planning role —an incredibly RARE opportunity to join a one-of-a-kind, full-service single-family office providing comprehensive professional, financial, and personal services for multiple generations. This position is on-site only in Cincinnati, OH, offering direct engagement with a close-knit team and leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Record and reconcile complex transactions including transfers, gifts, sales, distributions, and estate planning activities. Prepare quarterly cash flow schedules and execute transactions to meet entity and individual funding needs. Oversee monthly assets under management fees, annual retainers, and quarterly profits interest transfers and payments. Assist in managing the Accounting team, providing guidance and support. Support audit preparation, including confirming investment balances and coordinating with external auditors. Maintain and update valuations for client properties and investment entities. Review and process financial institution updates, including interest and swap adjustments. Manage accounting functions for affiliated foundations, including donation tracking, payroll entries, and monthly reconciliations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus. Big 4 or large regional/national CPA firm experience required at the Manager or Senior Manager level. CPA certification required. 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
