Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial forecasts and weekly updates.

• Analyze financial, operational, and commercial performance.

• Compile monthly and quarterly management reports.

• Manage month-end close, account reconciliations, and inter-location coordination.

• Support capital appropriation and plant spending analysis.

• Lead cost management and savings tracking initiatives.

• Oversee Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls.

• Provide decision support on expenses, capital projects, and cost reductions.

• Drive process improvements and develop financial systems.

• Lead, train, and mentor Finance Team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 7+ years of finance experience in a publicly traded manufacturing company.

• Proven leadership in plant-level finance and process improvement.

• Strong cost accounting background and supervisory experience.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and database querying skills.

• MBA preferred.
