Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller: - Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process. - Oversee financial reporting, account reconciliations, and GAAP compliance. - Manage accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and general ledger activities. - Support audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements. - Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements. - Supervise accounting personnel and coordinate with external accounting partners.
