We’re partnering with a growing, well-backed construction/manufacturing business in the Hunt Valley area that is hiring an Assistant Controller to work directly under a highly respected Head of Finance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the accounting for a full business unit
• Partner with operations on real-world financial decisions
• Improve processes, reporting, and close timelines
• Work closely with leadership on performance and analysis
• Help scale the function as the business grows

• 5–6 years of experience in:
• Public accounting (especially with industrial clients), OR
• Construction / manufacturing / project-based accounting
