This role sits within a highly visible international finance function responsible for overseeing global entities and helping drive the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions. This is a hands‑on, analytically driven role with broader ownership across global accounting operations, reporting, cross‑functional coordination, and leadership‑facing deliverables. Company Overview & Benefits The firm offers a best‑in‑class total compensation and benefits package, including: Strong base salary + 40% annual bonus (up to $305k total package) Profit sharing and long‑term incentive potential Generous PTO, holidays, and parental leave programs Tuition reimbursement and professional development support Hybrid work model (3 days in office / 2 days remote) Collaborative, high‑performing culture with strong internal mobility Responsibilities Global entity oversight: Oversee accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of international subsidiaries across multiple regions Close and reporting leadership: Lead monthly close processes, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Statutory and provider review: Review and validate reporting packages from global service providers to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS Financial analysis: Analyze financial results, perform variance analysis, and provide insights to support leadership decision‑making Cross‑functional partnership: Partner with tax, legal, FP&A, and corporate accounting teams on global initiatives and reporting matters Entity lifecycle support: Support formations, restructurings, and liquidations across the international entity structure Cash and balance sheet oversight: Monitor cash positions and ensure appropriate accounting treatment across entities Process improvement: Drive enhancements to reporting processes, controls, and system efficiencies Leadership materials: Prepare and review materials for senior leadership and board‑level presentations Stakeholder management: Serve as a key point of contact across internal stakeholders and external service providers supporting the international structure What We’re Looking For 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a multinational environment Prior public accounting experience required (Big 4 or large regional preferred) Strong technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP and/or IFRS) Experience with international entities, consolidations, and multi‑currency environments Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
