Benefits offered include a 401(k) plan with company contributions, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, employee assistance program, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage.# # **Responsibilities**# POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:**Financial Planning and Analysis*** Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the Region US OpU.* Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to meet business objectives.* Prepare and deliver month end reports and insights to the VP Finance and Region OpU leadership team.**Compliance*** Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls and local regulatory requirements.* Assist in audits (internal and external) and implement recommendations to improve financial compliance.**Cost Management and Operational Support*** Oversee cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with corporate standards.* Support plant controllers in driving cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.* Provide financial evaluation and guidance on capital expenditure proposals, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals.* Monitor Net Working Capital targets and support efficiency projects for the US sites**Business Partnering*** Collaborate with regional and plant leadership to support decision-making and operational improvements.* Provide financial expertise for decision-making in areas such as make vs buy, product costing, and investment planning.* Act as a liaison between plant controllers and the Region OpU to ensure alignment with goals.**POSITION REQUIREMENTS:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA, CPA, CMA a plus.* Requires 8 years’ experience in progressively challenging accounting/finance positions.* Requires 3 years in leadership role.* Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).* Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.* Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.# # **Additional Information**We offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability, 401K with company contribution, and wellness program.Fresenius Kabi is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
