Assistant Controller

Corporate Assistant Controller – Mukilteo, WA Position is onsite. Responsibilities Financial statement preparation, intercompany and consolidation, analysis, and detailed monthly & quarterly reporting. General ledger month end close for multiple entities including oversight of Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, bank and reconciliations. Prepare cash flow analysis, P&L forecasts & budgeting. Set and comply with internal controls, policies & procedures. Liaise with Corporate Headquarters and external CPA firm. Supervise department general accounting department including GL Staff, accounts receivable (AR) & accounts payable (AP). Manage all account & bank reconciliations. Requirements Minimum 8+ years related work experience from publicly traded companies. CPA license and public accounting experience required. Experience overseeing shared services (Accounting Operations, AP, AR, Payroll). Public accounting experience in audit, internal controls in SOX compliant environment, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience in financial statement preparation. Excellent communication and ability to deliver results presentations. Benefits Salary range $140,000 to $170,000 base plus bonus. Medical, dental, and vision benefits. 401(k) retirement plan.
