JOB DEFINITION:

Provide administrative and clinical management responsibility for all clinical and support services provided by CNGCS' CCC facility in accordance with all regulatory and governing agencies.

**You will receive a sign-on bonus of $5,000, provided you remain employed in this role in a fulltime capacity for 6 full months.**

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree in Social Work required or Mental Health Counseling. Active registration as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with diagnostic privileges (LMFT- D), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor with diagnostic privileges (LMHC-D). Required to apply for and maintain highest level of professional licensure upon eligibility.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum five years of post-graduate administrative and clinical supervisory experience as well as a minimum of 2 years' experience in a substance abuse service delivery setting. E.H.R./computer skills and experience a must. Co-occurring disorder experience a must.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for the day-to-day administrative and clinical operation of the CCC.
  2. Provide administrative and clinical oversight and responsibilities and ensure conformance with program objectives, agency policies and procedures, and compliance with all aspects of regulatory funding and governing bodies, insurance and any applicable grants.
  3. Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures of the program and its operation. Assist with maintaining an up-to-date policy and procedure manual of the program. Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures.
  4. Oversee all administrative and clinical supervisory functions that affect the quality and productivity of the program. Plan for program needs and assist with the future growth of the clinic/agency.
  5. Assist with interviewing, hiring, and supervising of program staff both clinical and administrative managers/supervisory clinical and non-clinical and office staff. Assist with the administrative management of medical staff and prescribers. Provide timely and constructive feedback and performance evaluation, monitoring and coaching to Program staff.
  6. Represent the agency in facilitating the goals and operation of the program.
  7. Assists with and/or oversee the reporting requirements of the Program or its funders.
  8. Participates in all required internal and external meetings that appropriately represent the needs of the clients and the Agency.
  9. Utilizes and understands the value of supervision, which increases practice skills, promotes better service for the client and preserves accountability to the Agency.
  10. Provide direct and indirect supervision of clinical staff and students providing guidance and training in techniques of diagnosis, assessment and treatment intervention as well as oversight of compliance with standards of the Agency in providing patient care and meeting accountability requirements. Provide oversight of the productivity and the degree to which they meet all the relevant specifications of their job description, including, but not limited to the care of high-risk clients.
  11. Provide direct or indirect supervision of office management staff and in their absence or need, the front office and centralized scheduling.
  12. Assists in overseeing the training needs of all program and administrative staff through input into planning, staff meetings, extramural training experiences and written communication to staff.
  13. Represents the Agency by serving on designated external committees or at meetings, reporting back on outcomes as needed.
  14. Participates in planning for the needs of the community and the Agency with the rest of the Management team.
  15. Evaluate, understand and support the use of data in the administrative and clinical functions of the clinic/agency to inform decision-making and to ensure compliance.
  16. Assist with sustaining the financial health of the clinic; working with Accounting and Billing as necessary.
  17. Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals.
  18. Work with QI, CCBHC Project Director, Compliance Director, Billing, HIT and others on workflows and quality improvement as it pertains to the effective running of the program, its reporting requirements, compliance and its financial sustainability.
  19. Provide on-call emergency coverage on a rotating basis with the program director.
  20. Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals
  21. Encourage quality improvement processes and provide consistent resources for QI and professional development
  22. Ability to cultivate a culture of inclusion for all employees that respects their individual strengths, views and experiences. A Culture that makes better decisions, drives innovation, and delivers better business results.
