Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You’ll Get to Do (and Have Fun Doing!)
- Keep the center running smoothly by assisting with day-to-day operations
- Jump in to support staffing needs and make sure ratios are always met
- Be the go-to person between center staff and leadership
- Lead engaging staff meetings and offer helpful classroom feedback
- Support hiring, onboarding, and coaching of teachers
- Organize training, keep supplies stocked, and help manage the facility
- Ensure we’re meeting all licensing and accreditation standards
- Build strong, positive relationships with families and keep communication flowing
- Help bring our curriculum to life and encourage family involvement
- Represent Wonderspring in the community and with partners
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
- PA Director’s Credential, preferred
- At least 2 years related center management experience of mid-size Early Childhood programs
- Experience successfully partnering with multiple agencies, preferred
- Outstanding relationship builder within community
- Demonstrated ability to manage the successful day to day operations of a high-quality center
- Knowledge and understanding of Keystone STARS
- Knowledge and experience with Creative Curriculum & PATHS, preferred
- Must meet all DHS requirements, including current clearances (PA State Police, Child Abuse, FBI, NSOR) and a Health Assessment with TB test.
