Job Description:
As the Assistant Engineering Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational success through leadership, technical expertise, and strategic business development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and leading a strong, collaborative team capable of securing and delivering projects.
• Developing staff and enhancing the company's visibility in the marketplace.
• Managing and mentoring Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and geotechnical engineering staff.
• Overseeing CMT and geotechnical projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Conducting senior-level reviews and preparing comprehensive geotechnical reports.
• Engaging in client relations, business development, and supporting the team in marketing services.
• Demonstrating a strong aptitude for marketing and expanding business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related ABET-accredited program.
• 10 15 years of experience in technical and managerial roles within the industry.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
