Role Overview :
As the Assistant Engineering Branch Manager with a large Civil Engineering firm, you will play a pivotal role in driving success through leadership, technical expertise, and business development.
Key responsibilities :
Being a team builder with the ability to both bring in and do the work.
Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace.
Manage and mentor CMT/geotechnical engineering staff.
Working with both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical staff and projects.
Senior-level review and preparation of geotechnical reports.
Client and business development, as well as assisting other staff in marketing our services.
An affinity for marketing and business development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related ABET-accredited program.
10 15 years of technical and managerial experience in the industry.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
