Primary Job Responsibilities
Classroom
•Create a lecture plan including a standard timeline on the domain-specific subject.
•Conduct classes with special emphasis on conceptual clarity.
•Ability to manage multiple batches of classes every day.
•Conduct tests and their discussions.
•Developing, reviewing and updating course materials, including class PPTs, PDF, notes and daily assignments.
•Interactive Doubt Clearing Sessions at regular intervals.
YouTube
•Conducting programmes related to Teaching Exams courses on our YouTube channel.
•Adhere to academic standards set by Drishti.
•Brainstorm materials and activities for such programmes.
Publications
•Work in close coordination with Content Head for Books.
•Review content from related publications of Drishti Teaching.
•Initiate projects and contribute ideas towards new publications.
Who can apply?
•Teachers who are passionate or have a proven track record in the field of Teaching exams, or who have cleared various Teaching exam.

Qualification and Experience
Minimum Qualification: Graduation
Minimum Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in Teaching Exams or similar competitive exam coaching
Relevant/Additional Experience:
•Faculty with expertise in all segments of a subject will be preferred.
•Candidates with strong recognition and proven results in the field are preferred.
