Position Overview:

Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations for both holding and operational entities.

- Execute payroll processes, including all required filings.
- Collaborate closely with the Controller on various financial initiatives.
- Perform in-depth account reconciliation and analysis.
- Prepare and manage internal financial statements across entities.
- Leverage accounting software for accurate financial record-keeping.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- CPA certification required.
- Minimum 3-5 years in senior accounting within the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with dual currency transactions is a plus.
- Prior experience in a CPA firm is an asset.
- Exposure to U.S. tax requirements is advantageous.
- Knowledge of transfer pricing practices.
Essential Skills:
- Extensive expertise in comprehensive accounting processes.
- Strong skills in payroll management.
- Advanced knowledge of financial accounting standards.
- Demonstrated ability to guide and manage junior team members.
- Proficiency in conducting thorough account analyses.
