We are seeking a Marriott-trained hospitality leader to join our executive team as Assistant General Manager. This role supports the General Manager in leading all hotel operations while driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and full compliance with Marriott brand standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food and Beverage if applicable
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and audit readiness
  • Drive Guest Voice and Intent to Recommend scores
  • Support revenue growth, RevPAR performance, and labor management
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
  • Coach and develop department heads and supervisors
  • Maintain strong property condition and safety compliance
  • Act as General Manager in the absence of the General Manager

Requirements:

  • Marriott brand experience required
  • Prior leadership experience within a Marriott-branded hotel
  • Proven success with Marriott QA audits and Guest Voice performance
  • Strong knowledge of Marriott systems and reporting tools
  • Financial acumen with focus on labor control and profitability
  • Ability to lead teams and hold department heads accountable
