This role involves leading and developing team members, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding Luna Grill's high standards for guest experience, food quality, and team culture. The AGM supervises front- and back-of-house team members and is responsible for ensuring safety, compliance and hospitality excellence.Support daily restaurant operations and step into BOH roles as neededManage schedules, coverage, and labor to ensure smooth serviceUphold Luna Grill standards for food quality, safety, and cleanlinessCoach, train, and develop team members, providing feedback and guidanceAssist with administrative tasks including payroll, inventory, and reportingAddress guest concerns professionally and maintain a high level of hospitalityServe as Manager on Duty when GM is absent, overseeing the team and operationsWhat We're Looking For:3+ years restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment requiredHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.Strong leadership and team development skills; able to coach, motivate, and inspire.Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset, handling concerns professionally.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) and operational decision-making.Tech-savvy with POS, KDS, Dayforce, and Microsoft Office.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferredFlexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.Who We AreWe're Lunatics devoted to maintaining high standards through culture, teamwork, and training.
