Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times.
- Train, inspire, and develop team members to enhance performance and skills.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency with our standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive sales and achieve financial goals.
