Assistant General ManagerAs an Assistant General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you! In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence. We believe in having fun while embracing personal challenges and growth opportunities. You'll work a 50-hour week.The Day-to-Day:Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold Core excellence. Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence.Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
