Summary
As Assistant General Manager of a Millwork Company you will hold a critical role in the organization's growth and success. Your responsibilities involve strategic planning, goal setting, and overseeing operations related to millwork production. This position reports directly to the General Manager and will eventually take over as the GM.
Responsibilities
-Provide management in production for the millwork division, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
-Manage and optimize production efficiency, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of products.
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the millwork department, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
-Align with company budgets for the millwork division, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
-Drive the implement business plans to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability in the millwork segment.
-Appraise quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations.
-Implement corrective actions for quality issues and continuously monitor processes for improvements.

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

-Experience in Mozaik & Innergy Software is a Plus!
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Successful background is Lean MFG implementations is a HUGE Plus!
-Demonstrated success in delivering for production & operational deadlines efficiency.
-In-depth knowledge of cabinetry manufacturing processes, materials, and industry trends.
-3-5 years experience in a management role within the millwork industry or manufacturing setting.
